Designation :- Service Manager
- Manage the service calls efficiently.
- Customer Satisfaction : responsible for the customer feedback and satisfaction.
- Handling calls personally , if the engineer is not able to resolve issue in 1 days time.
- Apple certification : Study and Clear Certification for OS and the Desktop / Laptop H-W in a Targeted time , Also making engineer go thorough certification process.
- Daily consolidated reports to be prepared ( number of calls attended , completed and pending )
- Weekly : Reporting on the Engineers performance and the help needed from the mgt should be highlighted in the meeting, suggestions to improve performance.
- Work towards automation of the service department.
- Manage the team of engineers toward customer satisfaction.
- Handling Difficult enquiries or complaints
- Training and mobilizing staff for high standard of service.
- Making sure that the staff understands the company procedures and consumer requirements .
- setting up customer feedback or complaint procedures.
- Finding out ways to improve service standards.
- Try to make a sale out of each service ( spares , extended warranty , AMC , fulfilling other IT requirements of the customer )
- Maintaining a full database of the clients seeking services from our organization and keep sending them mailers and other offers.
Desired Candidate:- Candidate with knowledge of IT, Hardware, Networking & good in communication skills.
Experience:-3-5 years
