Service Coordinator

  • Will be responsible to assign daily calls to the engineers.
  • Follow up for the warranty, material, technical issues with concerned department and regularly update the customer on the status of the same.
  • Crosscheck the call reports received from the engineers.
  • Generating the engineer efficiency reports on weekly basis.
  • Receiving all the service calls and documenting them.
  • Respond to clients mails & filling purchase format
  • Generate daily, weekly & monthly reports of the engineers performance.


Desired Candidate:- Fresher or experienced female with good communication skills & sound knowledge of IT Product & services.


Salary :- 7- 8 K
